After purchase, you will receive an eSIM QR code. You need to scan the QR code and follow the installation instructions on your device. The installation process depends on the device model and your device must support eSIM technology*.
After successful installation, your eSIM is ready to go, no additional steps, such as registration or activation, are required. The technical settings of the eSIM, such as Internet access point, will be set automatically.
* In order to check whether your device supports eSIM technology or not, you need to enter a search query in one of the global search engines on the Internet.

You will receive an eSIM with a prepaid balance. The amount of the eSIM balance depends on which offer you purchased*.
You can check how much money is available on the balance in the Vegolink bot, which is available in the Telegram application, or you can contact customer support and we will send you information about the current balance status.
We are also working on a customer portal and will soon be available to our customers.
If needed, you can replenish your balance later on our website** or in the Vegolink bot.
*Each commercial offer of Vegolink contains information about the prepaid balance that will be credited to the eSIM balance.

Vegolink products do not expire. We can deactivate your eSIM, if there is no data usage for the last 365 days, counting from the last mobile data session. You will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to activate your eSIM. If no response is received by us during the time specified in our email, the eSIM will be removed from our system with no possibility to restore it. If your balance is zero, and if the last mobile data session was 365 + 1 days ago, we have the right to remove your eSIM from the system with no possibility to restore it.

eSIM QR code along with additional information about the eSIM will be delivered to your e-mail address no later than within 24 hours from the date of payment for the purchase.
If you have not received a message from us, please check your SPAM folder.
If there is no email from us in the SPAM folder, please contact us in one of the messengers, links are available in the contacts section. This is due to the fact that some email providers refuse to accept emails from Vegolink addresses.
