Electronic SIM card or eSIM is embedded right into your phone. It gives you possibility to have it always in your phone without the need to change SIM cards, just activate it when access to low cost and high quality internet is needed.
Important! In order to use our products, your device must be eSIM unlocked, i.e. not tied to the network of any telecom operator. Worth noting, Vegolink eSIMs don't have phone numbers assigned. Vegolink is mobile data only service provider and phone number is not needed to use mobile data.

After purchase, you will receive an eSIM QR code. You need to scan the QR code and follow the installation instructions on your device. The installation process depends on the device model and your device must support eSIM technology*.
After successful installation, your eSIM is ready to go, no additional steps, such as registration or activation, are required. The technical settings of the eSIM, such as Internet access point, will be set automatically.
* In order to check whether your device supports eSIM technology or not, you need to enter a search query in one of the global search engines on the Internet.

You will receive an eSIM with a prepaid balance. The amount of the eSIM balance depends on which offer you purchased**.
You can check your balance in the Vegolink bot, available on the Telegram app, or on the Vegolink website by following this link: Check Balance. Alternatively, you can contact customer support, and we will provide you with the current balance status.
When your prepaid balance is used up and you need more mobile data, you can top up your balance later on our website by following this link: Top Up Balance or through the Vegolink bot.
**Each commercial offer of Vegolink contains information about the prepaid balance that will be credited to the eSIM balance.

Vegolink products do not expire. We can deactivate your eSIM, if there is no data usage for the last 365 days, counting from the last mobile data session. You will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to activate your eSIM. If no response is received by us during the time specified in our email, the eSIM will be removed from our system with no possibility to restore it. If your balance is zero, and if the last mobile data session was 365 + 1 days ago, we have the right to remove your eSIM from the system with no possibility to restore it.

eSIM QR code along with additional information about the eSIM will be delivered to your e-mail address no later than within 24 hours from the date of payment for the purchase.
