The SIM can store up to 5 roaming profiles, with profile switching performed automatically by the software installed on the SIM. The standard SIM card contains three sizes (standard, micro, and nano), making it compatible with any smartphone that has a SIM slot. In smartphones that support dual SIM cards, Vegolink is always active and can be used when your main SIM card doesn’t have Internet access or when you need affordable, high-quality Internet while traveling abroad.
Important! To use our products, your device must be SIM unlocked, meaning it is not tied to any telecom operator's network. It’s also worth noting that Vegolink SIM cards don’t have phone numbers assigned. Vegolink is a mobile data-only service provider, so a phone number is not needed to use mobile data.

You will receive a SIM card with a prepaid balance. The amount of the SIM balance depends on which offer you purchased*.
You can check your balance in the Vegolink bot, available on the Telegram app, or on the Vegolink website by following this link: Check Balance. Alternatively, you can contact customer support, and we will provide you with the current balance status.
When your prepaid balance is used up and you need more mobile data, you can top up your balance later on our website by following this link: Top Up Balance or through the Vegolink bot.
*Each commercial offer of Vegolink contains information about the prepaid balance that will be credited to the SIM balance.
Vegolink products do not expire. We can deactivate your SIM, if there is no data usage for the last 365 days, counting from the last mobile data session. You will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to activate your SIM. If no response is received by us during the time specified in our email, the SIM will be removed from our system with no possibility to restore it. If your balance is zero, and if the last mobile data session was 365 + 1 days ago, we have the right to remove your SIM from the system with no possibility to restore it.
We ship SIM cards worldwide. Within one working day of payment, you will receive an email from us with your shipment details.
Delivery to the US and Canada is carried out from Toronto via regular mail. Regular mail does not include tracking information.
Deliveries to EU countries are sent via regular traceable letters with a delivery time ranging from 5 to 9 working days.
International deliveries to countries other than the USA, Canada, and EU countries are conducted using international registered letters.
Registered letter is a type of postal item that allows us to mail different types of correspondence in an envelope. Registered letter is an traceable item, for which you receive a receipt. These items are delivered to the addressee against a signature for receipt.
Registered postal items mailed as priority (Class A) items immediately by the fastest means of transportation, mostly by airmail.
Vegolink cannot be claimed if delivery term will take longer time than expected because we have no control over the process of delivery.
